Works in engineering and as an environmental consultant

For over a year, I worked as a technical engineer in an environmental engineering and consulting company in the agri-food sector.

My work included the preparation of environmental reports, technical projects related to production and regulatory compliance, as well as fire safety aspects. I followed up on documentation with the relevant authorities and developed proposals for the management of by-products and waste. In addition, I worked on the optimization of wastewater treatment and the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans, along with quality control work and other miscellaneous duties.

My experience in this field provided a solid foundation for my transition to full-time work with animals, where I was able to apply skills acquired in process management, process development and technical planning.
